I purchased this portable heater to use at my desk, since we do not have a heater in the office. It keeps me warm and I like how you can set the heater to keep the area warm (65, 70, 75 and 80). I wish the cord was longer, but I've noticed that this is a common design in portable heaters. The cord is about 2 feet long. I also shopped around and Office Depot offered this heater at a better price.
